this video will show you how to enter edit and delete donations in daen areas first we click on the dollar signs then we type the correct date and were going to enter a donation frame block number five and this is ten dollars but the in bills lets say its one ten dollar bill then for envelope number seven its a twenty dollar check check number 120. men for envelope number eight its a 15 check number 235 then were going to do envelope number 10. he gave 25 in cash general fund and then oh he gave another check so lets go back to him and we select here to add another donation and were going to enter a 100 check to the building fund and this is check number uh 340. and then we have somebody who does not use envelopes numbers right its a Jane Smith she gave 35 as a check and its check number 155. then we have a loose offering and this was uh eighty dollars and 25 cents in cash so its well say its four twenty dollar bills and the remaining 25 cents itll know its coins and the
