Once your WES evaluation report is complete, you may wish to upgrade your report. You can upgrade your report in My Account. Upgrading allows you to: Add a completed degree, new courses, or a new credential; upgrade your Document-by-Document evaluation to a Course-by-Course evaluation; or upgrade your account to ICAP. If the ICAP upgrade is available for your account, you will have a separate button for it. In this example, lets say we want to add a completed degree for employment purposes. First, click the Upgrade Report button. Next, choose how you will use your new report. This will help us determine the type of upgrade you need. Well choose Employment for this example. Follow the steps provided and submit your upgrade application and payment. Depending on your account type and the type of upgrade you choose, you may need to submit a new application. The student responses are kept anonymous and all data is collected for later reporting to department administrators and instructors.
You can access the electronic system through Canvas. Once youve logged into a course Canvas, you will see a link labeled Course and Instructor Evaluations on the left menu bar. This link will take you directly to the EvaluationKIT website where a list of your current courses.
You can edit your evaluation even if you submitted it, but you must do so before the survey deadline. Click the Surveys tab and then click Completed Surveys. Find the course in the list and click Edit Survey Answers Make your edits and then click the Save And Continue button.
Students can take evaluations in Blue or through a link in Canvas. Your identity remains completely anonymous to instructors and department staff. The evaluations you submit on the Canvas Teaching Questionnaire site are strictly confidential.
Generally, results below 3.5 should be of concern, while 3.5 to 4 represent solid results, and mean scores over 4 are considered strong. As well, it is advisable to follow-up on any result that is more than . 5 below or above the comparison mean (department, Faculty by level or class size).
