There are several starting points for creating an invoice: from scratch by clicking "create" and then "invoice," from an invoice reminder on the schedule by clicking "view details," or from a job page by selecting "generate invoice." Regardless of the starting point, the invoice-building process remains consistent. Users can select multiple visits and jobs to generate one invoice for several jobs, rather than creating individual invoices for each job. If creating a new invoice unrelated to listed jobs, users can leave the jobs unchecked. After that, users click "next step" to proceed.
