Most of your contacts will be found within the Universitys directory. If you wish to create a contact, it will be placed in your own contacts folder. To create a new contact, select the People option on the blue menu bar along the top. Select New, then Create Contact. Enter at least a name and an email address. You can provide as much additional information as you wish. When you are finished, select Save. To edit a contact, select the contact, and select the edit icon to the right. Note: you are only able to edit your own custom contacts in the My Contacts folder. You will not be able to edit contacts that appear in the system-wide directory folder.
