There are three starting points for creating an invoice: 1) Click "Create" in the side navigation and select "Invoice"; 2) From an invoice reminder on the schedule, select "View Details" and then "Create Invoice"; 3) On a job page, click "Generate Invoice." The process for building the invoice remains consistent across these methods. Users can select multiple visits and jobs to generate one invoice, allowing for efficient invoicing. Unrelated jobs can be left unchecked, and marking a job as checked indicates its completion. After making selections, click "Next Step" to proceed.
