Heres a quick look at what you can edit: From Management reports, select the Action ▼ dropdown for a report, then select Edit. You can change the Template name or the report period from the ▼ dropdown on the screen that appears. Other options are in different sections, which you can select from the side panel.
Change settings Go to Settings. . Select Account and settings. Select a tab. Note: To learn what settings you can change, check out the section Settings you can edit, below. Select Edit ✏️ in a section. Select an item you want to update. Select Done to close your settings.
Add standard or custom reports to management reports Go to Reports (Take me there) and select either the Standard or Custom reports tab. , then select Add to Management reports. Select either Create a new management report or Add to an existing management report.

Change your business info Go to Settings. and select Account and settings. Select Company, then ✎ Edit the section you want to update. Note: If you cant edit the Company name, Legal name, EIN, or you see Error -7000, edit your company info in your payments and payroll accounts first. Select Save, then Done.
In the Company name section, Select the Pencil icon. Make the necessary changes.
To change your business info: Sign in to your QuickBooks Payments account. Select Account, then Account Profile. Go to Account Holder/Business Information, then select Edit. Change your business info as you need to, then select Submit.
