Please keep in mind that in order to follow these steps, you'll need system administrator permissions. If you're interested in creating email templates in your organization, but don't have those permissions, please contact your system administrator for assistance. So the first way to create a template is by composing an email. So we're going to go to our Contacts, click on a contact here, and then Email, and just start composing.
