Click the Customized quote templates tab. To edit, clone, or delete the customized quote template, hover over the template and click the Actions dropdown menu, then select Edit, Clone, or Delete.
From Setup, enter Quote in the Quick Find box, then select Quote Settings (Lightning Experience) or Quotes Settings (Salesforce Classic). Select the option for enabling quotes. To display the Quotes related list on the standard opportunity page layout, select Opportunity Layout .
Is it Okay to Edit Quotes? Yes, editing quotes is acceptable if you dont take them out of context. I do it all the time! You must also ensure that the readers still know the original quote by using brackets for your inserted ideas.
Go to the quote term where you want to add a display condition. In the Use Conditions related list, click New Term Conditions. Use the term condition fields to create a logical condition. Salesforce CPQ evaluates this condition whenever it generates a quote document that references this quote term.
How to write a quote? Choose a professional quote template. Enter your quote number. Add customer information. Add product or service descriptions. Add your business and contact information. Include the issue date. Specify the terms and conditions of your quote. Include notes and/or additional details.
Select Edit Lines on a quote record to open the quote line editor. The quote line editor lets you view all your quote lines and apply changes across the entire quote or to individual lines.
Click the Customized quote templates tab. To edit, clone, or delete the customized quote template, hover over the template and click the Actions dropdown menu, then select Edit, Clone, or Delete.
