Double-click the chart you want to change. At the right, click Customize. Click Chart style. Make the changes you want.
Sort Chart Data in Ascending / Descending Order Click the chart item you want to operate. Right-click on the data point you want to sort on the chart, and select Change Sort Order (summary item name). The Change Sort Order window appears. Set the sorting condition, then click OK.
In the worksheet, click the cell that contains the title or data label text that you want to change. Edit the existing contents, or type the new text or value, and then press ENTER. The changes you made automatically appear on the chart.
Sort the table Select a cell within the data. Select Home > Sort & Filter. Or, select Data > Sort. Select an option: Sort A to Z - sorts the selected column in an ascending order. Sort Z to A - sorts the selected column in a descending order.
Select the chart. Select Chart Design > Edit Data in Excel.
Under Chart Tools, on the Design tab, in the Data group, click Select Data. In the Select Data Source dialog box, in the Legend Entries (Series) box, click the data series that you want to change the order of. Click the Move Up or Move Down arrows to move the data series to the position that you want.
Right-click your chart, and then choose Select Data. In the Legend Entries (Series) box, click the series you want to change. Click Edit, make your changes, and click OK.

Right-click your chart, and then choose Select Data. In the Legend Entries (Series) box, click the series you want to change. Click Edit, make your changes, and click OK.
