If you want to change the URL for the default WordPress register form instead of creating a new custom registration form, you can do that with a plugin called WPS Hide Login. WPS Hide Login helps you change your login page URL which, as a consequence, also allows you to change your register URL.
By default, the form is docHubable at: myexamplewebsite.com/wp-login.php. Its possible to change this URL, but all WordPress login and registration pages usually start with the wp-login.
To change the login URL, activate the plugin and go to Settings WPS Hide Login. You can also find the plugin settings at the bottom of the Settings General configuration page. In this section, youll find a field to enter a new WordPress login URL.
