okay once we finished adding the details for the transaction here we can go back to the documents tab here which will show the documents that weve previously upload now I could look at all these documents at one time in this case Im just going to pick one document here and under what youre going to see is we have all these different items pop up here we have and Im just going to actually click on this here which will actually open up the document added it so I can add all the fields that may not have Auto populated here so one of the fields that I noticed right away is is not the sellers name here right so I would have to add Sam seller and some of the other fields like the managing brokers name which this is area specific and you will can go through the whole contract and add in the appropriate information for the particular document a to filling out then and click Save and close and this will save all the changes for you so this is how you would go through and add and edit all th

A write up template is basically divided into four parts namely, the heading, disciplinary levels, subject and prior notification sections. There is a section which can be changed depending on the issues to be addressed and on the other hand there is the Main Template Document, which does not change.
Write-up forms are typically designed to be the final action before termination. They usually come after one or more verbal warnings to provide additional feedback, outline the importance of remedying the issue and explain what comes next.
Here are a few steps on how to write up an employee: Begin with the basic information. Generally, the top of the document includes the employees name, job title, department and ID number. Be specific when describing the incident. Use witness statements. Create a detailed improvement plan. Sign the document.
On every write up form, include: The employees full name and employee number. Time and date of the write up and of specific incidents. Reason for the write up, in detail. Witness accounts confirming the employees misconduct. Times and dates of previous write ups and incidents.
Most write-ups consist of: The employees name, ID number and position within the company. The offense or offenses they committed. The type of warning that was issued. A clear plan to improve their behavior. The consequences of the employee not improving their behavior.
Example of How to Write up an Employee On [date], at approximately [time], I observed that you arrived to work 20 minutes late. This is the fourth time you have been tardy in the past two weeks, despite previous verbal warnings. Corrective Action: This written warning serves as a final notice regarding your tardiness.
