hey whats going on guys in this video i will be walking you through my workflow on how i um get started with a completely blank slate uh with working with wordpress okay so right now what you see here is i am on the dashboard my wordpress dashboard of a fresh wordpress if we go to visit site and we look at the home page you can see that its populated with uh sample content and theres just a whole just a bunch of things going like going on here we have widgets and some sample blog posts and then some sample copy here and so this can be a little bit confusing for those just starting out like what is all these things here and so to sort of minimize that confusion wed want to uh start with a blank slate so im going to show you how to do that at least my version okay so im going to close this out and the first thing im going to do is head over to themes appearance and themes im going to go to add new and then im going to search for blank canvas theme this is one of my favo
