Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can edit a PDF using Microsoft Word, and as full disclosure before we jump into this, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. All right, well lets jump on the desktop. Here I am on my desktop, and I have a PDF file called certificate. Im going to go ahead and click on that and I have this nice certificate that I found online. Its a PDF file and I run a company and I have some employees who I want to celebrate. You know, instead of giving people a pay raise, Im just going to give him this paper certificate and hopefully that makes them satisfied with this company. No, really, Id probably just give him more money, I think that makes people happy and maybe throw the certificate in too, but heres the certificate and unfortunately, its a PDF and I cant edit the name of the recipient. I cant type anything down here. I cant type in a date. Its kind of annoying how its hard to edit PDFs,

You can edit, comment, and collaborate on Microsoft Office files using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides in one of the following ways: Open, edit, and save Microsoft Office files in Google Drive. Convert Microsoft Office files to Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides.
On the device where you want to change the key, open any Office app, select the File menu and then select Account near the bottom of the menu. Under Product Information, select the Change License button. If there is no Change License button, you may need to Office updates.
Click File, and then look for Author under Related People on the right. Right-click the author name, and then click Edit Property. Type a new name in the Edit person dialog box.

Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your work or school account. Select Settings and customize Themes, Notifications, Password, Contact preferences and Dark Mode. To view your account information, select your profile photo, and then select View account. Make any needed changes to your settings, and then choose Save.
If you have a Microsoft Office online account, you can edit your files with the Office Online Chrome extension or with Office on the web.
Click File, and then look for Author under Related People on the right. Right-click the author name, and then click Edit Property. Type a new name in the Edit person dialog box.
Click on the account menu at top right to see your login options. Sign in with a different account now sets up another Microsoft/Office 365 account login. If youve already logged into other accounts, theyll show up in the list. Just click on another account to switch the Office program over to it.
1. In an opened Word document, click File Options. In the Word Options window, make sure you are locating in the General tab, change the name in the User name box as below screenshot shown, and finally click the OK button. Now you have changed the default user name for comments in Word document.
