In this case I wanted the file in SharePoint, so I used a SharePoint Create file action. The file contents of the new file should be the Body output from the Convert file action. This will create a new pdf file in SharePoint with the pdf contents generated out of the Convert file.
Export your PDF. Click File. Choose Export. Name your file. Select docHub PDF (Interactive). Click All or customize the export settings. Select OK.
How to create PDF files: Open Acrobat and choose Tools Create PDF. Select the file type you want to create a PDF from: single file, multiple files, scan, or other option. Click Create or Next depending on the file type. Follow the prompts to convert to PDF and save to your desired location.
Create PDF forms (CS5. 5 and CS5) In InDesign, create the document you want to use for the form. Use tables and text boxes to create the placeholders for the fields. Export the document to docHub PDF. Start the form wizard to convert the placeholders into form fields. Use the form tools to add and edit the form.
