Using any email service, locate an email containing a PDF attachment that you wish to add to the loop. Forward that email to docHub by pasting into the TO: field. Once you have sent the email to docHub with a PDF attachment, docHub will return an email once it is received, letting you know the status of the upload.

How do I edit a document in a loop and assign signatures? Open a document in your loop by clicking the document title. Review the toolbar options to add more fields, download, or print the document. Assigning Signatures Step 1: Click Autofill in the document toolbar. At the top of the document, click the Autofill link. Step 2: Review and edit Role assignments. Step 3: Click the Autofill button. Step 4: Click Save to apply your changes. Step 5: Manually assign signatures to roles or people.

To flatten a PDF, you can find the Flatten button under the Tool tab. Click it and the program will flatten the annotations, form fields, and layers in PDF.
There are two reasons you might be receiving this modal. The document was shared with Can Edit in Private and has been edited since the recipient received the document. This could mean that their own clients have signed the document and an updated version has been created.
