audio recording for this meeting has begun hello ladies and gentlemen my name is David Wilmer and today were going to be looking at the certificates tool and docHub so lets check it out now we have some we have several options at the very top of the screen here the first of which is the digitally signed tool so we can apply a visible digital signature so its just a click and drag tool for us to sign the PDF and so we can select our current ID and were gonna click continue or we can go ahead and configure a new digital ID so if you have like a cat or a PIV card like assigned to you by your agency then you can follow these on-screen instructions and set up that digital ID personally I dont have neither of these so Im not gonna do that but I do have a digital ID given to me by Kairosoft so Im just gonna go ahead with that and this is what its going to look like so its gonna have my name digitally signed by David Wilmer date/time etc and then we have the option to l

Follow the steps below to add a signature: Open your document in docHub. Click the Tools tab and scroll down to the Forms and Certificates section. Click on Digitally Sign from the new options bar. Select the digital signature you want to use and click Continue.
docHubing your document marks your document and sets your specifications selected for each document. You can choose to send the document and not allow any changes and add tamper-resistance to your document. That means your document will have a warning dialog box if your document was altered.
Right-click the signature field, and select Sign Document or docHub With Visible Signature. Note: You can also create an appearance using the Signature preferences: Edit Preferences Signatures (Windows) or Acrobat Preferences Signatures (Mac OS).
