With DOT Hub, you can easily collect signatures from others by adding signature initial and date fields on your document. Assign recipients to specific fields, create a sign request, and add signers directly or set a signing order. Define who gets the finalized copy, personalize email subjects, enable automated reminders, and set expiration dates. Once ready, send the request and recipients will receive an email with the document attached. They can see designated fields for signing, and once completed, both sender and recipient will get a copy. Finalized documents cannot be changed.
