theres a button up here called distribute form if we select it we have different methods that we can use to distribute forms to other people I could use Acrobat com I could use email to send the form or I could use an internal server that would store the form responses in a common location that everybody can get at Im going to at the moment use email and allow Acrobat to build an email for me that will put this form in the email send it off to the people that I want to collect information from they will be able to type on the PDF and then click a button and send the information back to me by email in this case Im going to save a local copy and then manually send it later I can pick any email method to do that with so if I happen to be using an email client that say a web client then I can save it into a folder then I can select it with my email client whatever it happens to be and send it off to whomever I want to send it I want to make sure that Im collecting the name and email ad
