Hello, Im Chris Menard in todays Outlook video, Im going to show you how to create a Contact Group. Lets go ahead and dive right in. In case youre wondering what is a contact group, if youre always emailing the same people, it could be vendors, clients, or customers, or even people internal at your company. Create a contact group, so instead of having to type all the emails, you can just type one email and it will go to everyone. Couple of different ways to make a contact group. I do want to let you know Im on Outlook on the Desktop, and Ive got a preview of where Outlook is heading. My commands, my Mail, Calendar, Contacts, just People were over in the top, left, running up and down. Yours is probably in the bottom left, going from left to right on your desktop version of Outlook. No big deal. This all still works.
