Next you will want to contact RIMS staff about the records you are looking to dispose of. One of the things the staff will require is a records inventory. The template for the records inventory can be found on the RIMS website in the quick links bar on the front page, and the RIMS inventory template tab in the Forms and Tools section. Lets take a look at the important sections on the inventory. The first section is the box number or equivalent, this is where you can list the types of containers your records are contained in.
