From the Form List Screen Hover over the form title you wish to change in the list. When the menu appears below the form title, click or hove over settings to expose a drop down showing Form Settings. Now you can edit the settings you need. Once you are done, dont forget to scroll to the bottom and click Save Settings.
Use the Visibility Setting The Visibility setting is only available for Product fields configured with a Field Type of Drop Down or Radio Buttons. To hide the field, select Hidden as the desired visibility.
Add a custom title Click File Options. Click Current Database. Under Application Options, in the Application Title box, type the title that you want to be displayed. Click OK to save your changes. Note, you might need to close and then re-open your database to see all the changes.
You can find the Field Label Visibility dropdown under the Appearance tab in your Gravity Form field. Set it to Hidden to hide the field labels.
Add or edit a report title On the Design tab, in the Header/Footer group, click Title. When the label is created, the text in the label is selected for you so that if you want to change the text, you can just begin typing the title you want. Press ENTER when you have finished.
Add title=false and your forms title will no longer show up in the post or page. Add description=false and your forms description will no longer show up in the post or page.
Insert a title into a form or report Open the form or report in Design View or Layout view. On the Design tab, in the Header/Footer group, click Title. When the label is created, the text in the label is automatically selected so that you can change the text by typing the title you want.
The form title is what respondents will see when they take your form. It also determines the URL ending of the Title Link to your formwhich you can use to share your form on the web. Changing the form title will break any existing Title Links for your form that are already out in the world.
To rename a form, you can open the form and click the title to edit it, it changes the form name as well. Please feel free to let me know if you have any concerns.
