heres a quick demo of how to make a form which collects signatures and writes results to airtable first of all Im going to create a new form and fill out Im going to choose airtable choose my existing air table connection and then choose a base Ive already created a base over here which has some purchase orders and a signature field and youll notice the field type is a type attachment and Ill just go ahead and choose that base Ill choose the table as well purchase orders and then Ill give my form a name so you can see its pulled in all my Fields over here on the left hand side I can go ahead and drag in this record picker to pick the product choose the date and then pick a status youll notice all these options are pulled in from airtable and next up what Im going to do is instead of dragging on this signature field over here Im going to actually look for a signature question type and over here Ill press not connected and actually connect this to my field so Ill just sele
