[Music] [Music] starting off kind of through the whole life cycle of an employee was i like to jump in with the new hire packets and surprisingly the new hire packets here in california are becoming pretty complex what you have to give a new hire when theyre hired uh theres required notices that you have to provide the employees and ive got some of those listed here and some recommended policies too which ill talk about here in a minute but um these are the required ones and theres quite a bit of list here so what i recommend is going through getting these documents the good thing is a lot of these are are available on the internet and to make that easier ive got a qr code here you can download our pdf document thats got a link to i believe all of those documents that are required um and take a look at those download those and and um put put together a packet and i like to work off of a checklist have one packet so you dont have to compile this every time you hire somebody less

First, follow the steps to make a team member a Manager or General Manager: Sign in to your Homebase account from a computer (this can not be done on the mobile app) Click on Team Roster on the top navigation. Select the team member you wish to make a manager. Select Locations PINs. Change the Access Level. Save Changes.
