To Delete Surface TIN or Grid Lines To perform this operation, ensure that the surface style has triangles visibility enabled and that the OSNAP Endpoint setting is disabled. In Toolspace, on the Prospector tab, expand the surface Definition collection, right-click , and click Delete Line.

There are two ways to edit a TIN in: using the interactive TIN Editor in a map view and using the Edit TIN geoprocessing tool in the TIN Management toolset in the 3D Analyst toolbox. The TIN editing tools allow you to interactively edit individual features that contribute to the TIN surface.
The TIN editing tools allow you to directly add, remove, or modify TIN nodes, breaklines, or polygons. These tools provide real-time surface feedback, which permits you to save your edits directly back to that TIN or create a copy of the edited TIN.
There are two ways to edit a TIN in ArcGIS: using the TIN Editing toolbar in ArcMap and using the Edit TIN geoprocessing tool in the TIN Management toolset from the 3D Analyst toolbox. The interactive TIN Editing tools allow you to interactively edit individual features that contribute to the TIN surface.
On the Surface Style window, go to the Display tab and make visible the Triangles component. Now, select the surface in your workspace, so the TIN Surface Civil 3D tab appears on your ribbon. Then, go to Modify -- Edit Surface -- Delete Line.
Modify features On the Edit tab, in the Features group, click Modify . To show tools that perform specific edits, type the name, category, or part of a name in the Search box . Edit the feature following the steps prescribed by the specific tool. To finish the feature, right-click and click Finish.
Use the following steps to delete nodes from a TIN. In the Contents pane, select the TIN layer you want to edit. Click the Data tab from the TIN Layer tab set. Click the TIN Editor button . Click the Delete Node button . Click the individual nodes to delete on the TIN surface.
