A voter who has signed a petition may withdraw his or her name by filing a written request for the withdrawal with the appropriate county elections official prior to the date the petition is filed by the initiatives proponents.
A voter who has signed an initiative, referendum, or recall petition may submit a written request to the appropriate elections official to request that their name removed from the petition.

There are ditto marks within the petition. The petition is not properly docHubd. Any part of the petition document is not filed in. The notary date is before the last required signature.
Scroll down the page to find the box labeled Recent Supporters. The bottom part of that section will read Full supporter list. Use the dropdown to select if youd prefer just the signatures, or the signatures along with the comments.
Send an update to your supporters, letting them know that you are deleting your petition. We encourage you to let them know why, if you feel comfortable to do so. Email us at help@change.org from the email address that you used to start your petition.
California Elections Code sections 11108(b) and 11303 allows a voter who signed a recall petition to withdraw their name by filing a written request for the withdrawal with the County elections official.
