If you have a free plan, you can delete 50 or 40 responses total in your account (depending on when you created the account and your billing location), not 50 responses per survey. Deleting responses is permanent. Once you delete them, they cant be restored.

Editing Responses in Your Results Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey. Click the Individual Responses tab. Use the left and right arrows to find the response you want to edit. Click the Edit button in the upper-right corner of the grey box containing the respondents metadata.
Closing a Survey Go to the Collect Responses section of your survey. Click Open in the status column. Customize the closed message that will display to people who try to access the survey. Click Preview and test to see how the survey closed page will look. Click Close collector.
Clearing or Deleting Responses Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey. Click the Individual Responses tab toward the top of the page. Use the left and right arrows to locate the response you want to delete. Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner of the response. Click Delete.
