Use the T-code FK06 or go to Accounting Financial Accounting Accounts Payable Master Records Display Changes. Enter the company code and the Vendor account and press Enter as shown below. A new window will open. Select the deletion flag and the deletion blocks and click the Save button at the top.
Open the contract workspace and navigate to the Documents. Click the name of the contract terms link and choose Delete.
You can edit documents that have the deletion indicator in the following way: To delete the documents physically from the database, you must run the MCDOKDEL program using the ABAP/4 editor. This program deletes all documents of a selected document type for which this indicator is set.
Cancelling Deletion Flags In the Material Master menu, choose Material Flag for deletion Immediately or Schedule. The initial screen appears. Enter the number of the material and specify the organizational levels at which you want to cancel the deletion flags. Choose Enter .
Go to VK12, select the line item which is marked for deletion and click on blue lens on top left. Now under the tab Control, you will see the field Deletion indicator as editable. Untick and save.
You can set the deletion, by manually removing the status I0170 of the order directly from table JEST. That way, it will not be an assembly order anymore and system will allow you to revoke the deletion flag.
To cancel a contract, highlight the desired contracts from your documents page and the trashcan dropdown, select Cancel.
A contract amendment allows the parties to make a mutually agreed-upon change to an existing contract. An amendment can add to an existing contract, delete from it, or change parts of it. The original contract remains in place, only with some terms altered by way of the amendment.
