Cancel Onboarding Kindly go to Admin Center - Manage Business Configuration - employmentInfo and check if the fields that are set there are Mandatory and the Onboardee has provided a data in it. Also make sure okToRehire field is enabled. It does not need to be mandatory.

To restart a running process in the Onboarding (Transitions) Center, users open the process details page and click Restart. Whenever a process is restarted in Onboarding (Transitions), the process uses the most up-to-date information. The process starts at the beginning, assigning each task to the right participant(s).
