Set different hours for each day Open the Availability panel: Acuity Scheduling | Squarespace Scheduling. If you have more than one calendar, click Edit availability/limits on one of them. Delete an appointment type Open the Appointment types panel: Acuity Scheduling | Squarespace Scheduling. Scroll down to an appointment type. Click Edit. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Delete appointment type, then click Ok.
If you need to cancel or reschedule for whatever reason please do 24 hrs Prior to appointment to avoid $20 cancellation fee (Cancellation /Reschedule button is in your email).
Log in to the account with the username (email address) you want to change. Go to the My account page. Type a new email address into the Email/username field. Click Save changes.
Delete and cancel group classes Open the Calendar panel: Acuity Scheduling | Squarespace Scheduling. Navigate to the date of the class, then click the class event. In the group class details that appear, click Delete class. Type DELETE, then click OK.
Click any upcoming appointment to view the appointment details, make changes, or cancel the appointment. You can also accept appointments directly from Calendar. Pending appointments appear on your calendar. Click any pending appointment and click Accept or Decline.
To confirm or reject the appointment, click the appointment to open the appointment details. To reject it, cancel the appointment. The client automatically receives an email notification that the appointment is canceled. in the top-right corner of the appointment details, then click Resend Confirmation Email.
Cancel one repeating appointment Click the three lines in the top left, and choose Appointments from the menu. Select the appointment within the series you wish to cancel. Opt to Edit This Appointment Select the Cancel Appointment button in the upper right-hand corner.
If you have a no-show or a late cancellation, and the client has both entered a credit card and signed off on this agreement during the scheduling process, then you are within your rights to charge the 50% fee.
