Edit a sent document Open the document, in the top right, click Actions > Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again.
Open a document/template, or content library item, click on a block you wish to lock, go to Properties, click Restrict editing; First toggle will restrict the ability to edit the block's content; Second toggle, Lock block position will prevent it from deleting or moving by other users.
Open the document, in the top right, click Actions > Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again.
To delete a block you no longer need, select the block and then click the remove button (trashcan icon) in the floating toolbar above the block.
