Open the document, in the top right, click Actions Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again.
Delete a template part from a form template Open the form template that contains the template part that you want to delete. On the form template, select the template part. Note: Template parts always appear inside section controls. Press DELETE. The template part is deleted from the view.
To recover a deleted document, open the document list first, next, select Trash folder, hover on the far right over the document, and select three vertical ellipses Restore. To recover multiple documents, select each of them on the left to their name, then select Restore at the top right.
Open the document, in the top right, click Actions Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again.
Click Actions Edit document Clear fields edit. At the top right corner, click Manage. Click on the recipient and choose Delete recipient. Add the recipient again - they will appear with their name and email corrected. Assign the fields to this person and send the document.
Click on the vertical ellipsis menu next to the documents name, then choose Replace source file. Next, in the pop-up, click Select file to replace your uploaded content. Thats it! Your original file will be replaced with your new one.
Open the document, in the top right, click Actions Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again. After you have resent the document, the recipient will get a new notification email with the latest document version.
To delete a block you no longer need, select the block and then click the remove button (trashcan icon) in the floating toolbar above the block.
In your docHub Account, go to Settings Billing. In the subscription plan settings, click Cancel your subscription. Fill out the form and confirm the cancellation.
You can only change the status from the listview. If you dont find the feature, please ask your Account Owner to enable it in the Add-on store (found in the bottom left of your docHub account). Go to Documents on the left and find your document. Use the context menu on the right and click Change Status.
