Select the purchase order where you want to cancel an item and click Edit. Go to the Items tab. Select the item that you want to cancel and click Cancel Item. You can also cancel all items of a purchase order at once by clicking Cancel Purchase Order.
A Purchase Order (PO) can only be canceled if (a) goods have not been received, and (b) there are no matched or paid invoices on the PO.
Go to o, Select line item which u want to delete, Click on Block or delete tab it item level. This is only way to delete PO.
If you want cancel the line items of 1 PO then you can use ME22N transaction to do it item by item. In case you need to do it for multiple PO then you can use the MASS transaction to mass change the PO line items as cancelled. You can access the PO after cancellation make the changes like undelete of item in the PO.
Cancelling purchase order- You have send a purchase order to your vendor and wanted to cancel( for any foreseen reason/s) it by selecting deletion flag to a line item in purchase order in Item Overview- Once done , vendor should get a message their order is cancelled and your purchase order send as CANCELLED purchase
Procedure Choose Sales A/R Sales Order and find the sales order you want to cancel. In the menu bar, choose Data Cancel. The status Cancelled appears.
