editing an existing invoice from dashboard click dashboard select accounting click on invoices click on the arrow to the right to show the invoice for that particular contact click on the three dots we can view the invoice and since this already has pans i cant edit it ill check another one here im going to click on the edit invoice so since i didnt make any payments im able to go through here and make any changes i wish including the date change some of the items the products so you make your changes and hit save the other options or print the invoice or receive a payment here as well again we cannot edit invoices already have payments so just to go back up here and show you that one one more time it does not even give you the option to edit the invoice you can only view it if there have been payments
