hello everybody this is Alicia from on the clock today in this video I am going to show you how to delete a approved PTO request so the first thing that you want to do is you want to go into the timecards page which is in your upper right-hand corner and you are going to find that request meaning you are going to find those dates on your time cards for that employee so lets go ahead and I am going to use my arrows for the time period to see where the request is so here it is employee one requested Monday May 7th 2018 all the way through the 11th off for a vacation it looks like okay so in this scenario that the employee is not going to take those dates we are going to just press the red X on the right hand side of what we want to delete so theyre not going to take the seven through the 11th off we are going to just X out what they are not taking xng these out means they will add back into their bank their PTO bank now you can go into PTO current requests PTO requests and youll see
