hi there and welcome to the cloud Academy my name is Kevin and today Ill be showing you how you can remove the template screen from an office application so first thing you want to do is simply go to an office application like word PowerPoint or Excel so Ill open up a Word document for instance like so and then I will go to the template screen automatically now if youre fed up with seeing this you can actually remove this just by going to blank document like so go to file options and then if you just go down here and where it says show the start screen when this application starts if you untick this box just by clicking it selecting okay youll find now that when you go to an office application Ill just go back to word again for example when I open up the word document it doesnt go to the template screen it just goes straight to the document so thats how you can remove the template screen I hope its been helpful
