hi okay so to start off with im using a phone to make this recording um so i apologize for the one-handed shakiness but i have to operate the mouse at the same time so this may not be so stable of a video but ill do the best i can anyways this is a fresh of windows 10 version 2004 and as you can see here its stuck with loading sticky notes and apparently this problem of sticky notes has been going on since about 2018 2019 because when i tried to do some research on the internet to see if i could find any resolve to this issue some of the videos and fixes even on microsofts support webpage they give all kinds of ways of fixing it none of which none of which actually worked at least for me however i did manage to find a band-aid lets say a fix that actually makes this work now what i ended up doing is i went to my computer that um had a working sticky notes going going on so i grabbed a backup file from my work known working operating system and moved it over here to get it to work
