[Intro music] Hello, my name is Kaitlin Finan and I am an Instructor for Esri Training Services. In the next five minutes, I am going to teach you how you can start to configure a smart form in ArcGIS Field Maps. So here, Im already in the Field Maps web app and Im seeing some different web maps listed. Im gonna go ahead and click on my Venice Landmark Inventory map. And if I come down here to the Content this is where Im seeing my editable layers. I would like to configure the form for my Landmarks because this is the data my teams going to be collecting on the ground. So I click on Landmarks, I am first brought to the Template but Id like to toggle over here to the Form. This is where the smart form lives. And to start, Im gonna choose to convert my pop-up. When I do that, my attribute fields are brought in, all in one group. So here Im seeing my ten attributes in one group, lets start configuring the form. Im gonna click once on the group to rename it, and at first I

Deleting All Fields Press Alt+F9. This makes all the field codes in your document visible, instead of the results of those fields. Press Ctrl+H. In the Find What box, enter ^d as what you are searching for (make sure you use a lowercase d). Make sure the Replace With box is empty. Click on Replace All.
To remove a single element from the form, hover over it and select the trashcan icon in the top-right of that field, or drag and drop it from your form to the left panel. To remove all fields from your form, use the Remove All or Add All buttons in the left panel.
To open the Form Manager, select Forms Manage Forms from the sheet to which the form is associated. From the Form Manager, you can select any form to edit it, or you can take any of the additional actions listed in the table below. Access to menu options varies by license type and sheet permissions.
