hello everyone so today were going to be going over how to delete a digital signature from your PDF documents from behind the scenes especially if a client has discharged you dont want their certificate to keep coming up you want to be able to remove that okay so youre gonna be starting in any PDF document and youre gonna go to edit and youre gonna go down to preferences okay and youre going to want to make sure that signatures is highlighted and you want to go to identities and trusted certificates and youre gonna hit more okay and now it comes up with the digital ID and trusted certificate settings and so youre gonna want to click on this little icon that has the badge plus icon and the add digital ID box is gonna pop up you want to choose the default which is my existing digital ID from a file and hit next next its going to have the file name and password so you just want to be able to hit browse on that the next option it gives you different options of certificate names an

Unsigned encounters can be deleted from the Actions menu of the Encounter you wish to delete. Signed encounters can only have an addendum added and cannot be deleted.

Lab results that have been signed cannot be removed. Once a result has been signed it will remain in the patients chart. 1. Internal comments can be added and edited on signed and unsigned results.
When you receive lab results, you may delete the Unsigned Result. To do this, open the result from the Tasks list or from the patients Timeline. From the Actions menu in the top-right corner, select Delete as shown in Graphic 1 below.
Select the check boxes next to the results you want to remove from MyChart 4. Click Unrelease All 5. Click Accept. Follow up with the patient about the result by phone.
Labs orders that have yet to be completed or transmitted are always eligible to delete. If you have completed an order and clicked Print or Send, the Delete button is no longer an eligible selection and you cannot delete the order.
From the Encounters list (see Viewing all encounters for a patient), locate the encounter you want to delete and click the trash can icon in the Actions column. A confirmation pop-up appears; click Okay, and the encounter is deleted.
Once your practice is connected to a lab or imaging center, youre ready to begin ordering. Navigate to a patient chart. From the Actions menu in the top-right corner, select Add lab order as shown in Graphic 1 below. If the preferred lab for your order is not already selected, select one from the drop-down list.
