hello everyone so today were going to be going over how to delete a digital signature from your PDF documents from behind the scenes especially if a client has discharged you dont want their certificate to keep coming up you want to be able to remove that okay so youre gonna be starting in any PDF document and youre gonna go to edit and youre gonna go down to preferences okay and youre going to want to make sure that signatures is highlighted and you want to go to identities and trusted certificates and youre gonna hit more okay and now it comes up with the digital ID and trusted certificate settings and so youre gonna want to click on this little icon that has the badge plus icon and the add digital ID box is gonna pop up you want to choose the default which is my existing digital ID from a file and hit next next its going to have the file name and password so you just want to be able to hit browse on that the next option it gives you different options of certificate names an

Click the Epic button and select Patient Care Addendum. Then look up your patient in the window that appears and select the encounter you want to change. 3. Make the necessary changes to the encounter.
Unsigned encounters can be deleted from the Actions menu of the Encounter you wish to delete. Signed encounters can only have an addendum added and cannot be deleted.
Lab results that have been signed cannot be removed. Once a result has been signed it will remain in the patients chart. 1. Internal comments can be added and edited on signed and unsigned results.
Information Navigate to the signed encounter in the patients chart. Click Edit next to the Encounter type header in the Addenda pane (see Graphic 2). Select the new code from the Encounter type drop-down (see Graphic 3). Add any additional comments in the Addendum Notes field and then press Accept (see Graphic 4).
Editing or deleting signed notes Signed notes can be deleted, but a record of the deletion will be retained and displayed on the patients note summary view.
From the Encounters list (see Viewing all encounters for a patient), locate the encounter you want to delete and click the trash can icon in the Actions column. A confirmation pop-up appears; click Okay, and the encounter is deleted.
When you receive lab results, you may delete the Unsigned Result. To do this, open the result from the Tasks list or from the patients Timeline. From the Actions menu in the top-right corner, select Delete as shown in Graphic 1 below.
From the Encounters list (see Viewing all encounters for a patient), locate the encounter you want to delete and click the trash can icon in the Actions column. A confirmation pop-up appears; click Okay, and the encounter is deleted.
