Qualtrics has an electronic signature feature that meets university requirements for a legally binding electronic signature when configured appropriately. The authenticity requirement for electronic signatures can vary in Qualtrics depending on the protocol.
How To Anonymize Responses. As soon as you create a new survey, immediately go to the Survey Options. Under Survey Termination, select Anonymize Response. Click Save Changes.
By default, the data will not be anonymous because email addresses are recorded. However, the Anonymize Responses tells Qualtrics not to record the email or IP address. Even if you decide to anonymize the responses, you can still send reminders to the non-respondents.
At the end of the survey, you could simply say, Thank you. Or you could personalize your text by telling respondents who sent them the survey and how they can get in touch for more information. Since your respondents spent their time giving you valuable information, you need to make sure they feel appreciated.
Click the Survey Options button. Make sure you are on the Survey tab (underlined blue above). Check off Anonymize Response Do NOT record any personal information and remove panel association (not recommended) in the Survey Termination section of the popup. Click Save Changes when you are finished.
- On the My Surveys page, click the green check box on the left side of the survey name. - If you want to allow those with partial responses more time to complete the survey, then un-check the Close all active survey sessions option. - Type the word close in the box provided, and click Deactivate Survey.
To turn on Anonymous Responses: Go to the Collect Responses section of your survey. Click the name of the collector. Go to the collector options. Click Anonymous Responses. Choose to exclude all respondent information to exclude first name, last name, email address, IP address, and custom data from your results.
