Solution Sign in to your docHub Privacy Admin account. Navigate to the Privacy interface: Account Privacy. Search for the email address of the Sender of the agreement. Scroll through the agreements that are returned and find the one you want to delete. Single click the agreement to select it.
Select the agreement you want to cancel, and click the Cancel link in the right rail. Optionally notify the participants of the agreement. All of them.
Admins can configure auto delegation for Users: Log into the docHub account as an Admin. Click the Group or Account tab. Click Users. Single click the User you want to edit to expose the User actions. Click Edit User. Enter the email address of the person you want the agreement requests to be delegated to. Click Save.
- Enter the email address of the recipient in the search bar. That will open all the documents for that particular recipient. - Select the document from the list that needs to be deleted. - Click on the trash icon provided at the extreme right-hand side of the document.
Select the agreement you want to modify. Click Modify Agreement to open a Send page in limited editing mode. You cannot make changes in the Recipients or Message sections. On the Send page, you can add, delete, replace (delete then add), and reorder documents.
Hide an agreement The system will challenge you to verify that you want to remove the agreement from your view. Complete the process by clicking the Hide button. Your page should refresh and the agreement is no longer visible. This is because the agreement is now hidden from your default view!
View agreements and templates To view all your agreements and templates, click Documents All agreements. You can further filter your agreements by status, such as In Progress, Waiting For You, Completed, Templates, and more. To view additional filters, click See More.
To share an individual agreement: As the sender of the agreement, go to the Manage page and select the agreement you want to share. This exposes the Actions rail on the right side of the window. Select the Share action. Enter the email address of the person you want to share the agreement with.
All other changes Log in to docHub. Go to the Manage tab. In the Status column (left-side of the screen), locate the agreement that you wish to void within the In Progress or Waiting on You sections. Click on the agreement, and in the Actions section (right-side of screen), click the Cancel link.
Navigate to your signature. Right-click. Select Clear Signature.
