After you persist records in the database, you can delete those records using the delete operation. Deleted records arent deleted permanently from Salesforce, but they are placed in the Recycle Bin for 15 days from where they can be restored.
To Mass-Delete Reports Navigate to the Setup area of Salesforce. Under Administer, expand Data Management. Click Mass Delete Records. Choose Mass Delete Reports.
Procedure Click the Dashboard tab. From the Show Dashboard list box, select the dashboard that you want to delete. On the toolbar, click Delete Dashboard. Click Yes.

Once you open the dashboard, you would see + icon on the top right screen, click on it, then you will get X icons across your reports, now you can click on it to remove reports from the dashboard.
Click Analyze. Click Reports. next to the report. To delete the report, select Delete.
Navigate to Performance Analytics Dashboard Administration. Click the dashboard that you want to delete to open it. Click Delete.
