You may cancel your reservation via the OpenTable Sites or by calling the Restaurant directly. Some Restaurants may require a debit or credit card number to finalize your reservation. In order to use the Reservation Services for these Restaurants, you must provide valid debit or credit card information.
Once the current shift is selected, the option to pause reservations will now become available. While in Shift Overview, select the three dots in the upper right-hand corner. A pop-up will appear with the only option is to Block Reservations. Select Block Reservations to continue.
Edit or delete a user Navigate to User Management. Then update the list of users in your OpenTable system. Tap the user name. In the Edit User window, adjust the name, server setting, or delete the user.
Remove a guest profile Log in to the OpenTable for Restaurants website. Navigate to Front of House in the menu. Select the Guestbook icon. Enter the guest name or number in the search bar and select the guest from the results. Select the Remove button above the Guest Summary card.

Remove a guest profile Log in to the OpenTable for Restaurants website. Navigate to Front of House in the menu. Select the Guestbook icon. Enter the guest name or number in the search bar and select the guest from the results. Select the Remove button above the Guest Summary card.
You can block as little as 15 minutes, an entire shift, or close reservations for the entire day.
Updating My Profile on the Website Log in to your OpenTable account. At the top right side of the site, select the Profile Icon, and then My Profile. On the left side of the page click on Account Details. Make the appropriate changes, and then click on the red Save Changes button located at the bottom of the page.
