hi it's come to my attention that sometimes when scheduling a meeting a team's meeting link is automatically showing up in the invitation to the meeting and some folks would like to turn that off and have the access to putting in a zoom link or putting in a teams meeting link or some other link for a location we'll just show you how to do that real quick all i've done here is i've gone to outlook on the web okay once i went to outlook on the web i went up here in the top right hand corner where the little gear icon is and i clicked on the little gear okay when i do that a few settings open up but what you need to do is come way down here to the bottom and click where it says view all outlook settings if you click that it's going to take you to another group of settings if you will okay you want to come over here to the right hand column and choose calendar and once inside calendar you want to choose events and invitations okay now here's the clincher right here at the top it says add...

If you are not the meeting organizer, the only way to remove future occurrences without removing past occurrences is to delete each instance of a recurring meeting individually. Right-click the meeting in your calendar and select Delete. Under Series, select the appropriate option.
For meetings you organized, right-click the meeting and select Cancel. For recurring meetings you organized, you can choose to cancel the Occurrence or the Series. You can also edit the meeting series to change the end date and preserve all past meetings in the series.
You would have to restore the user and the meeting event to cancel it. Otherwise, each user has to delete the entry from their calendar, or you can remove it from each users calendar if you are the Exchange Administrator.
