- Enter the email address of the recipient in the search bar. That will open all the documents for that particular recipient. - Select the document from the list that needs to be deleted. - Click on the trash icon provided at the extreme right-hand side of the document.
Select the agreement you want to modify. Click Modify Agreement to open a Send page in limited editing mode. You cannot make changes in the Recipients or Message sections. On the Send page, you can add, delete, replace (delete then add), and reorder documents.
Steps Log into your docHub account. Click Manage tab. Scroll down to the Library Templates section. Single click to select the document you want to delete. Click the Delete button at the top/right corner of the screen. Confirm that you want to delete the Agreement by clicking the Delete button.
Select the agreement you want to modify. Click Modify Agreement to open a Send page in limited editing mode. You cannot make changes in the Recipients or Message sections. On the Send page, you can add, delete, replace (delete then add), and reorder documents.
In the right panel, under Participants, click the Edit icon. A dailog box displays. To replace the signer on the document, click Replace Participant. Enter the email address of the new signer, and then click the Replace button.
Select the agreement you want to cancel, and click the Cancel link in the right rail. Optionally notify the participants of the agreement. All of them.
View agreements and templates To view all your agreements and templates, click Documents All agreements. You can further filter your agreements by status, such as In Progress, Waiting For You, Completed, Templates, and more. To view additional filters, click See More.
Admins can configure auto delegation for Users: Log into the docHub account as an Admin. Click the Group or Account tab. Click Users. Single click the User you want to edit to expose the User actions. Click Edit User. Enter the email address of the person you want the agreement requests to be delegated to. Click Save.
Navigate to your signature. Right-click. Select Clear Signature.
Once the signature is placed, youll be able to: Move it by clicking-and-dragging the signature. Re-size it by clicking and dragging the blue circle in the bottom-right corner of the signatures bounding-box. Remove it by using the Trash icon in the blue control menu.
