James Mault of Brockport and Cody Mattice (Matt-Ice) both pled guilty in April to one count of assaulting, resisting, or impeding a federal officer or employee. ((CHRISTIAN/INTV) ) John/Natalie--- with that guilty plea back in April, both Mault and Mattice received a plea have sentenced them to between 37 and 46 months in prison. Prosecutors at the time also said each would have to pay $2,000 dollars in restitution. Now we know what the punishment for both are: again------ both will have 44 months each behind bars. In court this afternoon,----- the defense for Mault argued his military service prosecution said his military service makes his actions that much more offensive---- meaning he was acting in disgrace of his oath
