hey guys this is Dante Dumont with trustworthysolar.com just wanted to go over a common concern I hear from a lot of homeowners uh its surrounding if they could cancel a solar agreement once theyve signed it down the road for example two years from now or what happens if the new homeowner doesnt want the solar will they take it off the answer to both of those is no and heres what one you cannot just cancel the solar agreement because solar is very expensive so they do make Provisions in the agreements such as a PPA agreement the system could be purchased at a depreciated value after five years and if its a loan agreement the system could be paid off at will if its a lease many leases do not allow homeowners to buy the system at a depreciated value although Im sure some of them do number two if the new homeowner doesnt want to assume the agreement I think the important part started before then when you go to sell your home its important to make sure you list this home as a sola
