hi everyone this is Missy and in this short video Im going to show you how to delete an invoice we dont actually void invoices in raw so in order to delete one just go to the invoice and the items tab make all of your quantities a zero and hit update that will make your amount due a zero once theres no money due on the invoice it will allow you to delete the entire thing so just click delete and then press yes if youre sure and then ta-da its gone one other thing to know is that if you have an invoice where youve actually received a payment and or paid a court reporter it will not allow you to delete those invoices because thats your record of payment received and commissions paid out so if you have that circumstance it will not allow you to delete the invoice you just have to leave it there with a zero balance due other than that though you should be fine and its pretty simple process
