now in this example we have a default form that was built for us automatically and with the default forms youve got the standard fields that are in your list already showing now to move fields its very simple to just click on the field that youre interested in and just drag it to the place that you want it to be super super easy just take that there now to delete a field if you dont want the field to show in your form for instance these attachments here we dont need for this form Ill just go ahead and click the X and those are gone now some fields that are in your list do not appear by default in the automatically built form modified by version things like that if you want them to be in the form you can just take them from the list column area and drag them and drop them onto the form where you want them to be now I notice this is not an active field because this is information that is supplied by SharePoint but you do have the option of having it there if you want it

Just open the table in Datasheet view, select the fields (columns) or records (rows) that you want to delete, and then press DELETE.
Note: Right-click the table or layer in the table of contents and choose Open Attribute Table. Right-click the field header in the table window of the field you want to delete and click Delete Field. Click Yes to confirm the deletion. Deleting a field cannot be undone.
Move columns on a form using drag and drop In the form preview, select the column that you want to move and drag and drop it. As you drag the column on the form preview, youll see drop targets where you can move the column to.
Deleting custom fields Navigate to your project. In the top-right, click to open the menu. In the menu, click Settings to access the project settings. Click the name of the custom field you want to delete. Next to the fields name, click to open the menu. Click Delete field.
In the table design grid, select the field that you want to delete, and then press DEL.
In Object Explorer, connect to an instance of Database Engine. In Object Explorer, locate the table from which you want to delete columns, and expand to expose the column names. Right-click the column that you want to delete, and choose Delete. In Delete Object dialog box, click OK.
Deleting All Fields Press Alt+F9. This makes all the field codes in your document visible, instead of the results of those fields. Press Ctrl+H. In the Find What box, enter ^d as what you are searching for (make sure you use a lowercase d). Make sure the Replace With box is empty. Click on Replace All.
Removing Fields from Original Documents Press CTRL+A on your keyboard to select all the text within the document. Right-click, then click Toggle Field Codes. Press CTRL+SHIFT+F9 on your keyboard. This will remove the field codes, replacing them with the text they contained.
