this video is just a short extract from the entire course if you wish to see all of the videos from this series at higher quality and in far larger screen size head over to ifskills.com inevitably there will be times when you need to remove a field from a report either because it has now become superfluous or it was placed there by accident so if i no longer want the town city field on my report i can select that field within the detail section and press delete on the keyboard and the field will disappear you have to be very careful that you select the field within the detail section and not the label in the page header for example if i were to select the surname label only in the page header and press delete only the label goes the data is still there luckily there is an undo feature in crystal reports should i wish to bring that heading back

Go to VK12, select the line item which is marked for deletion and click on blue lens on top left. Now under the tab Control, you will see the field Deletion indicator as editable. Untick and save.
You cna delete condition records first by customizing the condition type. In field delete fr DB , Choose with popup. In second step go to VK32, and delete the condition records.
If you use physical deletion, the condition record disappears immediately. It is no longer available during condition record maintenance or pricing. This deletion cannot be reset once it has been carried out. You have to recreate the condition record if you need it again.
Goto the transaction code ME15 and with the Vendor and Material combination execute and in the next screen there is option to remove the DELETION FLAG set. SAP MENU -LOGISTICS -MATERIAL MANAGEMNT -PURCHASING -MASTER DATA -INFO RECORD -FLAG FOR DELETION.
A deletion flag cannot be cancelled. However, a material is only deleted during archiving, if all business transactions depending on it have been concluded.
Use the T-code FK06 or go to Accounting Financial Accounting Accounts Payable Master Records Display Changes. Enter the company code and the Vendor account and press Enter as shown below. A new window will open. Select the deletion flag and the deletion blocks and click the Save button at the top.
You can delete a field from a query or from a table in Access.Delete a field from a table In the Navigation Pane, right-click the table, and then click Design View. In the table design grid, select the field that you want to delete, and then press DEL. Close and save the table.
1. Delete Condition records with Set deletion flag only in condition type Filter condition record lines (E.g. PCP0/4AK). Select any lines in the result. After delete, you can check the condition record lines are deleted in app. After delete, you can check the condition record lines are deleted in app.
